Finance Manager

Run the finance function end to end — reporting, compliance, payroll and the forecasting the leadership team plans against.

About the role

You will own the numbers: monthly close, statutory compliance, payroll, and the rolling forecast we use to decide what we can commit to. It is a hands-on role in a company small enough that you will also improve the processes you inherit.

You will work directly with the directors and with project leads, so being able to explain a variance to someone who does not read a P&L for a living matters.

What you will do

• Own monthly close and produce management accounts
• Manage GST, TDS and statutory filings on time, every time
• Run payroll and keep employee records accurate
• Maintain a rolling cash-flow forecast the board can rely on
• Prepare for and manage the annual audit
• Improve the finance processes rather than only operating them

What we are looking for

• Five or more years in finance, with at least two owning a close
• CA, CMA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent practical experience
• Strong on Indian statutory compliance — GST, TDS, PF, ESI
• Confident in Excel and at least one accounting platform
• Discreet, accurate and calm about deadlines
